Terms and Conditions

Terms of Use

Our Terms and Conditions are about as simple as can asked for.

If you use our templates, give eCameron credit. Do not use our discussion material for distribution or reference without written permission.

On templates this means to leave any copyrights in the material, leave the document properties as they are with our company name and reference, leave pointers to eCameron intact.

eCameron has gone to lengths to make it so they will not distract from your material (it's not in the document footers or areas that show in the printed document). The goal in providing this for free is that eCameron gets credit and potential referrals from it. That is pretty darn simple and should not crimp anyone's style. If you have to change something that references eCameron, please inform us. The material will still be free of charge, but we get what we want, the reference.

On newsletters, discussions, book synopses, meeting notes and examples, please contact This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and we will give you permission to use as long as we get proper reference.

We hope that is simple enough.

Copyrights

Articles published in periodicals on the publications are subject to the copyrights of the respective periodical.

Newsletters, discussions, book synopses, meeting notes and examples are copyrighted to eCameron, Inc.

Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Office, Outlook, etc. are trademarks of the Microsoft Corporation.
ScrumMaster and Certified ScrumMaster are rumored to be trademarks, but I cannot get an answer from the rumored holders of such (www.scrumalliance.org)

Images:

  • Images of periodicals have copyrights to the respective periodical.
  • All book covers have been scanned and are eCameron property.
  • Images containing (GCW) in the name are copyright of Garrett Williams.
  • Other images are not known to have a copyright.

Many of the book synopses were the genesis of the article on the same subject on Wikipedia. Some Wikipedians complained the synopses were solely to sell the book, others disagreed. The battle rages. We have reformatted and added content to the articles. The ones on our site carry a copyright to eCameron. The originals published on Wikipedia do not, per their policy.
